Monday Meal Memo is all about providing you with one new recipe that you can try a week. There will be options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to help add healthy variety and fun to the weekly meals!

So simple but so elegant! Great for a romantic evening away from the kids or if you want to impress the neighbors when they come over for dinner.

If you don't want to brine the chicken you can simply crack an egg on a plate and whip it with a fork until it is evenly mixed. Then rub the chicken in the egg to act as the base for the walnut and rosemary mixture. It doesn't take as much time to do that.
