Dinner

So simple but so elegant! Great for a romantic evening away from the kids or if you want to impress the neighbors when they come over for dinner. (We had this last week and the neighbors were impressed :)

If you don't want to brine the chicken, I usually just put 1-2 eggs in a bowl and mix it up with a fork. Then you coat the chicken in the egg which allows the walnut and rosemary mixture to stick.

Everyone's favorite! You don't have to give up everything good in this world to be healthy. You can actually make some amazing, super tasty, scrumpuous recipes that are good for you but satisfy that sweet tooth! And these things disappear pretty quick!
